Sad that I did not pick-up the phone when you called me. Maybe you should consider calling from local number instead of foreign or international number. Many cellphone reject calls from “not known numbers “

The actual flowers received looked NOTHING like the ones I chose. The container was tall and I specifically chose one that was short - thinking it could be used on a dresser in the baby’s nursery. It was to have a cute pink and white polka dot ribbon…. It had NO ribbon at all. My daughter didn’t know it was not at all what I ordered but fact is- it looked more like a funeral arrangement than for a newborn baby.

The bouquet was lovely but to be honest I was expecting a bigger bouquet as I had chosen the premium upgrade. The regular bouquet must be very small if this was the premium.
