Would have been nice to receive the basket as per order, considering that there was amole time from the date of order to date of delivery to prepare the basket. Overall, still very pleased with the service. The alternate Vase turned out good with the flower arrangement and communication was done on due time. Will order again in the future.

I am dissapointed this time.I ordered one bouquet but it was delivered something totally different.Is good that is still a beautiful bouquet but is deffinetely not what I wanted.

Hi. Please ask about alcohol before delivery. Me and my wife don't drink alcohol at all, never. So it was a little disappointment. Delivery and flowers were ok.

I was happy with getting updates via email about the progress of the order until it was delivered. Also, they were very punctual and got it delivered. I received a photo from the recipient and was disappointed in the bouquet. It had a lot of greenery, and fewer colourful flowers than I had expected from the photo on the website. I think another time, I would choose a different florist than Ulla's.

I appreciated the fast service but I would like to see what the actual flower look like since you changed it .
