Thank you for a prompt reply to my message after the order and delivery. However, the bouquet was really not meeting the standards of a deluxe bouquet, which I ordered. The picture on the Euroflora website shows a much more rich and high-standard bouquet than what was delivered, now that I see it in the picture my friend, the receiver, sent me. I would have expected better.

I had ordered a different cake and flowers. And it was not as per the selected that was sent. But anyway Thank you appreciate your service.
