None - I found your service very user friendly and I will definitely use it again

Excellent and efficient service, thank you very much.

This is the first time I have used your company. Very impressed with prompt attention and delivery. Will hopefully use you again.

Great service - will use again- muchos gracias!

You are amazing guys, thanks all of you

Mille grazie, bellissima!

Flowers were lovely!

I tried Interflora first, they have a good reputation and well known, and I was VERY disappointed. I think they had gone to lunch!! No answer on telephone and no answer on the chat. Then I found you. So impressed. The website was easy to use and paying equally so. I have recommended you to friends who are arriving soon (for a funeral) and they are English so they will really appreciate not having to struggle with Italian especially in the circumstances. I will not hesitate to use you again for any other occasion that will crop up. Thanks again Vivian

I had asked for flowers to be delivered before 12am. Although I understand that your website says that deliver could happen any time between 9 am to 9 pm I think a late delivery does not fit the purpose of a birthday surprise.

The flowers were Not received!

Fantastic service. The customer has a complete overview of the order stages. Each step is documented by the service provider. Flowers exceeded expectations - an amazingly nice bouquet! The order was made in Norway and the destination was Portugal. Full satisfaction with the quality of service!!

Great Service - Thank You!

Fantastic no problems, I will be using again for Easter & mother’s day

Le bouquet livré n’etait pas vraiment celui que j’ai commandé et il n’a pas été livré le jour où je l’avais demandé.... Heureusement il est arrivé à temps et au bon destinataire ! Livré un jour plus tôt

I just spoke to the representative and just want to say that I was mistaken and thought my order was for a different size. .so I apologize for my mistake. I was very pleased with the phone call too and I will not hesitate to use your service again if needed. By the way the recipient was very happy with the product. Thank you.

very easy to deal with, excellent service!!

My sister was delighted with my flowers to her thank you

The flowers I ordered were nothing like what was delivered. However, you did message me to alert me of the siuation, thamk you. The bouquet that was actually delivered was very nice although it didnt look like I'd spent 85EURO'S. Can you feedback to me on this? Thanks, Sandra
