Though the service was well done and the receipient happy with the bouquet, the photo which I was sent from them did not seem as varied as the site suggested it might. However, overall a good job, well executed and timely with good prior contact before delivery.

Flowers were lovely!

I tried Interflora first, they have a good reputation and well known, and I was VERY disappointed. I think they had gone to lunch!! No answer on telephone and no answer on the chat. Then I found you. So impressed. The website was easy to use and paying equally so. I have recommended you to friends who are arriving soon (for a funeral) and they are English so they will really appreciate not having to struggle with Italian especially in the circumstances. I will not hesitate to use you again for any other occasion that will crop up. Thanks again Vivian

I had asked for flowers to be delivered before 12am. Although I understand that your website says that deliver could happen any time between 9 am to 9 pm I think a late delivery does not fit the purpose of a birthday surprise.

The flowers were Not received!
