The delivery shop made a mistake which Luisa very fast and friendly corrected. Also information about the flower was precise and promptly, and so friendly. If I could I would give here the duty of all my future flower order. By the way, the effect to the receiver was better than expected. So please send my best greatings to Luisa and the team involved.
