I was expecting to receive some communication as soon as the flowers had been delivered, but this only happened after I had accessed the live chat. Also, the flowers were ordered to be delivered on February 29th, but were not delivered until Mach 1st. The flowers as beautiful and just as shown on the website.

Roses are fresh but Its packing was far from my order. The bear was overpriced..so tiny for that additional price. My order was Camille please refer to the photo.

My Original bouquet was white roses… but the operator had to change it into red because the white flowers was not delivered! After a phonecall I agreed to change them! It is nice that we get feedback of delivery dates and hours, but it would be very nice if the person who makes the order can get a photo of the end result before delivery !
