I was very pleased with all aspects especially ordering from the UK.

Ordered chocolate box but it was too hot to deliver. Suggest either have a cool box for delivery. Or say this item is not available during hot weather. Other than than fantastic service.

The flowers were delivered to my sister who called me straight away via videocall. The flowers were not at all what I was hoping for her. Very poor small bouquet and too expensive for what was given. It was a very special birthday and I feel we were let down.

Hi, yesterday I wrote that the delivery was on time, and everthing was very good. But, now I have a claim, at night when I saw the flowers at the room, they were very very different like in the sale Euroflora Webside picture. They were with less flowers and a very small bouquet. I know that the picture shows the deluxe model, and I ordered the standard one, but they are very different. Where can I send you a picture of that, just to compare?

It is exactly same the picture so nice and fragrant , thank you for delivery fast.
