I did not really need all those notifications about the stages of my order, getting the 'order delivered' one would have been enough. I would assume everything goes well and wanted to be contacted only if anything went wrong. Thanks

The flowers were very nice, although not exactly the right color of roses I had selected. The service was excellent. Many thanks. However, I was very disappointed on the selection of the basket. I had chosen a large round one. The small, narrow cesta used did not provide the same presentation impact.

I would suggest that you offer to those clients, who choose the higher flower package, a vase along with the bouquet.

It was a bit daunting ordering flowers from the US to be delivered in Hungary; however, your follow-up throughout the process put my mind at ease. This is the second order we have placed, and I would highly recommend you! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
