I was both disappointed and embarrassed to see a photo of this order from the recipient. The flowers and wine were very acceptable, but how could you think that 2 bars of chocolate rather than a box would be a lovely gift ??? My previous order e24304848 of 22/3/24 was also below your usual high standard in that the plant was not that good a specimen and was with a rather “ordinary” box of Lindt chocs compared to chocs you’ve given my recipient in previous years. I may well have to search for a different provider next time, unless you can reassure me you will “up your game”. What I can thank you for is seeking out the recipient’s mother to make the delivery to for Easter. Yours, Sue Macfarlane

L’indirizzo che avevo inserito era sbagliato. Menomale che il fiorista ha contattato la mia amica per concordare la consegna, grazie a Euroflora. Ho ricevuto comunicazione da Euroflora che la consegna era avvenuta, ma avendo ricevuto un messaggio di ringraziamento dalla mia amica solo questa mattina, ho temuto che il mazzo fosse stato consegnato a una persona sbagliata.
