Excellent service: the only issue I have is regarding payment method. I don't have a PayPal account so I chose to pay with American Express. Then I received an email saying my Amex payment had failed, requesting me to pay again, which I did. I then received an email from PayPal saying I had paid through them. If you chose to pay by credit card, how does it then go through PayPal? However, you immediately responded to my concern on paying twice and refunded one of the payments. Thank you

The delivery was great. However the quality is not what I paid for. I paid for the deluxe Purcell arrangement and when the recipient sent me a picture of the flowers they received it does not look like the picture on the website. Much fewer flowers and not much roses, it is not the worth the price I paid, over 80 euros. This is a recurring problem with this service. The order and delivery and customer support are great, but It seems the florists deliver a lesser quality bouquet and I am not happy with this, will not use this service again.
