No suggestions, just a rave review. I work for big company based in the U.S. and have a team scattered all over the world. I have had occasion to use Euroflora twice in the last few weeks and have been very pleased with their service. When I asked questions via email, customer service was very helpful, and when there was an issue with the delivery address/phone number in Barcelona, they called me for additional information on Saturday morning to make sure they had the right information and then notified me that the flowers were delivered. Communication is so important when purchasing things overseas, and Euroflora does a great job keeping the customer informed. This company is now my go-to for flowers and gifts for my team, especially since they service so many countries.
