Valeria and Luisa were absolutely wonderful and helped a lot. I was very happy with this service and my daughter loved her flowers. The only problem initially was that the website wouldn't accept payment by amex or barclaycard so I needed to use Paypal. My payment went through but when I was redirected back to euroflora.com there was a message on the screen stating 'whoops something went wrong' so this caused anxiety. However, my email was answered immediately by Elena and Marita so all was ok thank you.

Affidabilissimo e velocissimiii !!!!

A massive thank you Luisa as I was struggling to speak in Italian and so we spoke in English instead ! Very good customer service :-)

Thank you very much for helping us to deliver our sympathy to our friends though we are not in the same country. Thanks also for the good service.

Thanks for your diligent service you made every effort to locate the property and the person it was to be delivered to . Excellent service thanks.

Thank you
