Thank you for this opportunity to give feedback. While I appreciated the early email communication about the order prior to delivery, immediately after the delivery was completed, there should have been a message on the day of the delivery to reassure me. I would have liked to know that the delivery was correctly done on time.
The Eloise bouquet stated white roses and pink lilies, but all the flowers of the bouquet were white, which can be misinterpreted according to symbolism, so I was a bit disappointed with the end product.
Most disappointing however, the recipient did not receive any card or message attached! Perhaps you could send an apology to the recipient for that omission. Thank you for your time.
