I was very impressed with the service I received today. The bouget of flowers were not only delivered within a couple of hours of placing the order, but the quality of the flowers were excellent, the colours were beautiful and the florists kept in contact all the way. I knew they had been delivered which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely be using them again, and so will my family and friends.

No suggestions, we are very satisfied, but I have a question, just curious. I live in a very small village in the Netherlands, and when I get flowers delivered when I am not at home, the flowers are put at the frontdoor, or left with neighbours. What do you do in a city like Geneva when the receiver is not at home? We were very pleased with your work for us. Thank you!!!

In questo periodo di Covid sarebbe opportuno e altamente auspicabile che chi effettuasse le consegne indossasse la mascherina, non solo a rispetto e protezione del destinatario, ma anche propria. Per questo motivo indico ‘buona’ la qualità del servizio e non ‘ottima’.
