Colours & flowers were nothing like the picture/bouquet I chose but I understand it's difficult to produce if the flowers aren't available! My friend loved the bouquet which is all that matters at the end of the day .

I appreciate all you have done for this order. On the website I paid for Sunday delivery but was later informed that was not possible. Could you please refund my card for that? The flowers were delivered Monday afternoon.

Please remove my last comments. The issue was fixed and turns out that the florist knew my cousin and that is why the delivery went to the church for his funeral instead of to the house. I will recommend Euroflora to anyone I know sending flowers overseas. Thank you all.
