Very good very professional

Keep up the good work

Because I live in Canada I really appreciated knowing what was going on with my order - right from the beginning of putting in the order to the delivery. Thanks so much.

Fantastic service, flowers are exactly the same as on the picture and teddy is gorgeous! Highly recommended!

Excellent service with clear communication throughout. Thank you.

Thank you

It would be nice to see a photo of the completed arrangement.

Perfect

The bouquet was very beautiful and was delivered as expected. Wonderful job, grazie!

Keep up the good work and the regular tracking reporting.

VERY, very, very disappointed with the roses; foliage too, decay etc 2 of those, the green leaves have those sort of spots when a leaf is dying, all of them are decaying. Looks like the roses were deliberately put 2 really close together to hide the patches of decay. I request that very fresh flowers are delivered to the recipient or a refund is given. It is just not on! I await to hear from you as soon as possible. Feel v embarrassed to have given these. Dilys Davies
