This was my second order within two months. I was satisfied with the first one, however the Christmas floral arrangement was not what I expected; I ordered the Jada arrangement and it did not have many Christmas coloured flowers. It also looked sparse, with a lot of greenery to fill it up.

Hello. The basket of flowers arrived safely and on time. However, it was not what I had ordered. My order was for 'Nadine', a basket with only roses and at a cost of 112 euros. What my sister received was very different, with a few roses, and several other flowers. I phoned the providers in Madrid, as I needed to add something to the card, and they said that because Monday 8th had been a holiday in Spain, they did not get enough roses from the suppliers. They were really nice and helpful, I have to say. However, had I know that they could not deliver 'Nadine' as it appears on your website, I would have chosen a different bouquet. In any case, I think that the bouquet that was delivered in the end was probably cheaper as it just had a few roses. I can send you pictures of the actual bouquet if you wish, as received by my sister in Madrid. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Isabel
