Hi, yesterday I wrote that the delivery was on time, and everthing was very good. But, now I have a claim, at night when I saw the flowers at the room, they were very very different like in the sale Euroflora Webside picture. They were with less flowers and a very small bouquet. I know that the picture shows the deluxe model, and I ordered the standard one, but they are very different. Where can I send you a picture of that, just to compare?

par contre très déçue car j'ai fait 3 commandes séparées e2027662 - e2027663 - e2027659 pour avoir 3 bouquets différents un tout blanc, et deux rose et blanc et j'ai reçu des photos avec les 3 bouquets identiques !!! c'est pas très professionnel car c'était pour la même défunte mais de trois personnes différentes !!!
