Thank you for a prompt reply to my message after the order and delivery. However, the bouquet was really not meeting the standards of a deluxe bouquet, which I ordered. The picture on the Euroflora website shows a much more rich and high-standard bouquet than what was delivered, now that I see it in the picture my friend, the receiver, sent me. I would have expected better.

I had ordered a different cake and flowers. And it was not as per the selected that was sent. But anyway Thank you appreciate your service.

Sorry but your pictures are deceiving. They look much bigger than what was delivered. I counted 11 white roses in your website picture (visible) and what’s delivered had 5 white roses. And looked just much smaller. That is wrong !! Yes it served the purpose but that’s not the point. I didn’t get what I paid for.

I hoped the flowers would have been delivered AM and besides in the notes section I didn’t see how to request it. 5 pm was quite a bit later than I wanted.
